on the new fox clothing magazine (holyiday 2003) on the inside back cover theres a HUGE picture of james "bubba" stewart riding a wheelie down the road on his kx with no helmet down the road...

why would fox even print a picture like that??? anyone else think this is the dumbest thing on earth... lil kid sees that and think ooooo its ok since bubba does it:o

Don't worry, Fox will likely get enough emails and letters yelling about that and they'll pull that pic. But I agree, that's very irresponsible of them to print that pic in their catalog.

i bet its a cool pic, and no lil kids ever think that so i dont know where that came from, any lil kid that can wheelie a bike knows to wear his helmet

i agree it was not relaly too great but its none of mine or our buisness, and if any little kid it too dumb to not wear one then their parents are totally crazy.

I havent got it yet, but its common sense exspecial to FOX to not do something like that....

who cares i mean obviously fox thought about what might happen and they didnt think it too much of a risk, and if some kid is able to wheelie a bike more than 2 ft then they are gonna be smart enough to wear a helmet like freeride said and if they are riding wheelies without a helmet then there parents are to blame

Its called survival of the fittest; darwinism. If your stupid and dont wear a helmet you will get weeded out.

i look at it this way, i got a better chance getting killed driving a truck than riding a 50 20 mph around my yard

Not wearing a helmet is just dumb it keeps ur head warm, keeps branshes out of ur face, keeps rain out of your face, keeps mud out of ur face, keeps roosted rocks out of your face, and protects u when you crash.

yeah, ive whacked my head good and hard many times, i dont really care, peope need to keep to thereselves and stop telling other people how to live there lives let em make there own mistakes its there decision who are you to say its wrong, why u trippin

as much as me a freeride used to argue and fight...... i agree with him 110% on this one who care is he was not wearin a helment, its him, adn i have never worn a helment on my 50 when i am not forced to, it feels weird, and until i get hurt bad on it i proly never will, i've endoed my 50 3rd gear pinned and didnt get a scratch on me, so if some kid who rides dirt bikes sees a pic of james stewart ridin his kx with no helment, and says O wow it must be cool to ride wiht no helment if hes doin it.........maybe its for the better

We're "trippin' " because one of these days when Johnny Nohelmet dumps his 50 and paralyzes himself and then his parents sue Honda they're going to take our toys from us altogether. They did it 15 years ago with three wheelers and there's every chance in the world they'll do it with quads if given the opportunity. The problem is some of you guys were still $h!tin' your diapers when they banned ATC's. I'm old enough to remember it and I don't want to see it again.

On a personal level I don't give two $h!ts if you wear a helmet or not. However, when it risks getting my quads banned I want people to think before they ride.

dont matter guy, anyone who rides without a helmet isnt goingt o listen nothing you can do really

i am yet to get my fox mag....but oh well, its your choice helmet or not, and if you dont like the pic of stuart, what about the pics from earlier this year, where there is a guy and a girl both on a 50 with no helmets going up a dirt ramp?? i say its your life, do what you want, you get hurt, its just a chance you have to take....i try to ride with a helmet but sometimes find myself without one...although i just do this when i am going <5mph working, but i could still get hurt....a risk that I am going to take...
