should i buy dual rates with rezzys for 480 or triple rates with out rezzy for 380 or elka or elka duel rates with no rezzys for 515

what the he11?? double rates w/ rezzys for 480??? you can get triple rates with rezzys for 440 off that dude on ebay....And double rates w/o rezzys for like 296 or somin....But i think that all im getting is double rates w/ rezzys, or w/o not sure yet.
