Can stock Cannibal shocks fit a 400ex? I heard that Cannondale put ohlins on them one year and another brand on them another year. Anyone know?

The original cannibals had ohlins all the way around the newer ones had arvin fronts. I read on here that someone used cannibal front shocks when doing the 300/400 conversion but I can't find it:confused:

Does anybody know what kind of cannondale shocks fit a 400ex? I know that there is some trimming envoled, but which cannondale shocks is it that fits?

i dont think the Ohlins fit...because i saw a pic of someones 300ex w/ 400 front end w/ cannidale shocks....but they didnt have rezzys, so im guessing they were arvins.

The front Ohlins that came on the Cannibal didn't have rezzies.

all the front c-dale shocks fit the 400ex except the moto. the bushings are to wide tho, they will have to be trimmed.

just yfz bushings would need to be shaved to fit a 400ex right?

Even if you trim the upper bushings on the Dale shocks, the stroke is all wrong for a Honda!
