I'd try primming the carb, if it doesn't even sputter than your spark might be weak. Is it a good strong blue spark?

If it does sputter then I would clean out your carb you might have some blockage at the jets.

did you hon the the cylinder, or at least sand it with 1000 grit paper, to get the glaze off, cuz if you didnt do that you will proly foul plugs

yes i honed the cylinder out and that is fine. i looked at the piston before we put it and the arrow was pointing forward my friends mechanic at his work also was asking about that so im gonna go double check that now i hope thats not the problem ill be pissed casue i really dont feel like doing that again. thanks though if anyone else has any suggestions please tell me im trying everyhting that i can!
Thanks, Rob

puttin the piston in backwards it wouldnt make it run like crap it would run jsut fine, but it woudl seize up after about 20 horus cuase the arrow has holes in that side of the piston, that allows for cooling so if you put it in backwards and it doenst get cooled it would just seize, but it woudl run good before that

i just checked the piston its facing the right way, it has spark now still wont start though im thinking it could be the rings are in wrong or they moved when we put them in cause i know how there supposted to be set completly apart form eachother but the compression it still weak still got me confused:confused:

i think im gonna do that. if i can put a compression gague on there what should the gauge read 60? 80? pounds, if u know gimme an idea so i might know
