shortining pipe?

Can i shorten my stock pipe?
in never really looked at it, sounds like a cool concept :confused:

I know people do it all the time to their aftermarket mufflers. But I have a question when it comes to this. Don't you lose back pressure when you cut a muffler? I mean, the muffler is designed to have a certain amount of back pressure, would altering that have any effect on your valves?

most aftermarket pipes are a strait through design anyway. you can drop a hand full of marbles through.

Yeah you really cant do much with your stock pipe, you can gut it and everything, but its a hastle.
