Could someone tell me if this pipe is any good? It fits my budget vs. getting a hmf or wb. and will I need to rejet the carb if I get that pipe ? Thanks Jason

dont get it! theyre junk and just make it loud. theres really no power gains and some people say they actually loose power with the dg's. youll most likely have to rejet with any pipe that increases exhaust flow. keep saving and get something else. JMO

DG makes a great pipe dont let anyone tell you different I have them on all my bikes. Great power gains at a reasonable price.

I think badass300ex is right ive read pipe shootouts on the raptor and z-400 and the dg did just as good as all the rest of them and ive raced a guy on my 400ex and he had a 400 with the dg stage 3 and wiped me out

a nother great pipe for almost the same price is a hmf 204 bucks

I'm amazed at how full of chit people are that bash on DG and never own their stuff! Good product IMO! Yes it does give power gains, IMO it's right up there w/ the others you listed! :D

DG and Cobra suck and that is all there is to it; 90% of the people on this board will agree. Even if they do help with power, the things will fall apart over a period of time. DG is a long shot better than Cobra, but the quality still isn't up to par with the other manufacturers.

I agree there not as good as yoshi hmf fmf white bros dmc and all of those brands but they are not a bad pipe i think they are good for the people how cant afford all those others and everyone, whoever thinks dg sucks bad go to dirt wheels and look at the z-400 and raptor pipe shoot outs and dg didnt get last in any of them.

cobras suck....the plate that hangs off the exhaust just fell off, & there are no power gains & it may have actually taken away power :(

I don't base my opinions out of magazines that have to be sure they have their checks from manufacturers before they begin writing an article. Plus, you are talking about Raptors and Z400s. DG falls way short on quality and real world results, especially on 400ex products. HMF is real close to DG's prices, and they actually put some R&D time into the development of their pipes. Plus, they are high quality and you can get them in cool colors to boot. This is another example that cheaper isn't always better. JMO :)
