how much can a 300ex cylinder be bored over?

i have a buddy in a shop that could do mine for me but im not sure how much can be done. and how much for a piston and what brand should i get?

I don't know about all the brands but if you go with wiseco you can got 0.080 over. That will take you to 297cc.

Onless you want to got to a big bore then you can go to 330 but I'm not shore how much over that is.

i want to stall with the stock cylinder because i can get it bored for free.

anyone know about other brands-i havent heard the best things about wiseco.

I went with a arias, and have had 0 problems. I went with a 10.5 to 1 compression ratio. I'd pick up one of those or a JE. Stick below 11-1 so you can use pump gas.

Just go up to the next size, I only went 20 over on mine. (warrior)

the piston in my 309 was an arias, 309 cc, no sleeve (i dont think)
