Cometic or Honda Gaskets

I am fixing to put in Cam and Piston, Anyone have a preference on head gaskets ???I think it comes with Cometic. Thanks

honda or metal cometic.

remember the XR is thinner than the EX on the head gasket so make sure you know what you want before the rebuild

I was told by a very reliable source to use the HGA over cometic

C&D recommends the cosmetic flexsteel. that is what i have, and i don't have any problems.
