ok where i ride there is lots of mud, sand, and water. what i need to know is what are some good 22'' tires that are good for all those conditions. i will be putting them on my 300ex. i have razr's right now and they aren't the best so i am looking at something a little better.

I would actually go back to stock tires. They have a pretty good pattern for sloppy conditions. I've went through mudholes with my stock tires that our polaris 4x4 couldn't make it through.

for muddy/rutted races, i use a set of 22 inch mud machines, these things are unstoppable it seems

I agree. I have a set on my 300 and they are awesome. People have seen my going throuhg the snow here in ohio and asked if I was on a 4x4! I've never been stuck in mud with my mud machines. They aren't very expensive either.

22" Dirt Devils seem to work pretty well on 300's for mudding

22" kenda knarly's are the ticket. they are a true 22" tire. Huge lugs. I can't hardly get them to break loose on dry ground. I have litterally gone more places than my friend on his polaris 4x4.

I had a set of Mud Machines on my old 1985 Suzuki LT250R Quadracer (which is up for sale right now) and I would whale through swamps throwing up mile high roosts. These tires are sick. Never got stuck.
I'm taking the tires off the Suzuki and putting them on my 400EX on a new set of ITP C-Series rims. Can't wait to blast through the snow on these things. Tire wear is great too.

I have a set of 20" blackwaters on my 400 and these tires are amazing. I Would really check those out in a 22" tire

the 589s only come in 25"+..so far in the mud snow and ice I havent had any problems with my razr2s...spidertracs also work good

the blackwaters are tough but they are very very heavy...if you chains just the least bit old expect it to snap :(
