I heard that 250R's came with Ohlins shocks stock. Is that true or did they come with the same shocks as a 400ex? If you no let me know please!

No. 250R's came with Showa shocks, for all years. Ohlins are only on Gas Gas's and c-dales stock.

As good as any stock shock ever is. Its on most bikes stock, regardless of brand.
