i have a 2002 400ex w/ AC pro-peg nerfs, AC alloy bumper, renthal bars, K&N filter, and mudsharks,, all i really need to know is how to jet from 145-160 on the main jet,, please give the the step by step process or some where to find it,,,, thanks,,

To change the main jet, it is not hard at all. When you look at the bottom of your carb, there will be a large nut, shut your gas off and take that nut off. Be careful not to mess up the rubber oring on that nut-type-cap. Right above that is your main jet, the best way to get it out is to take a 1/4 inch drive deep well socket and rachet (whatever size the new jet is) and gently take the old jet out. To put the new one in use the socket in your fingers so you don't cross thread it, and then tighten it in with the rachet, but don't get carried away. All of this takes no removal of plastic or anything else, and should only take 15 minutes tops.

Oh yeah I ordered my new jet through nac's, cost a whole 4 bucks
