I'm looking to get some feedback on aftermarket front hubs, maybe rear to but I'm just looking at the front right now. Any brand preference on here? I tried doin a search but didn't seem to find much. Merril extreme? RPM?

I know not lonestar after what pappy went thru, but what kind do you have/want?

I was at Rausch on Sunday and i saw a set of Dura-Blues trashed. The rear hubs stripped out the splines and the xle would just spin. I don't have any other experience with them other than that, but I was thinking about a set of LSR's for my new EX.

Yeah I would look at the Hardkor, RPM, or Baldwin. Nac's, Duncan, and many others also make some.

I have a set of RPM Cylcones on the front of my ex they have tapered bearings that are re-greasable and are very trick looking and tough. On the rear I had durablues both the x-33 axle style (JUNK) and spline style(MORE JUNK) then went to LSR they have a pinch bolt on the splines and stay very tight and are very light. Also both of these hubs are goin to be for sale by end of this week I have both f & r ones that were barley used email if interested.

I got some rpm's look great, and hold up even better. Bearings are about 2 years old and still in good shape. I had grease zerks installed on mine so i didnt have to take them apart to grease them. http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid81/p6cd81c9d862876a6d263829c0923e6a6/fb041423.jpg

I have hardkor hubs and they have there advantages in many ways,, one they have a tapered bearing that helps side load and your tires dont wear down so fast, and they are 1/2 pounds lighter than the commpetitors.

I have a gold with blue cap 400ex hubs for sale (used for 2 races due to broken back) mint condition 399.0 retail sell these for 250.00 they have no problems one very little scratch.e-mail me at fibeindustries@hotmail.com if interestedthanks
