rebuildable 300ex motor

i'm looking for a 300ex motor to start rebuilding befor my son blows his up it has a loose rod bearing and his tranny is really starting to rattle and if it wasn't for the jb weld I think the case would fall apart so if you have a motor that is blown/knocking/rattling/or locked up and you are not going to fix it sell it to me cheap (my son is poor)
