yea ive got a 300ex and the light system when i got it was a ****ty like 5 dollar tractor light and i was wondering what would be good i dont want anything big and bulky like the stock i want somthing like fog lights or sumthin

look on ebay for those little small chrome lights

Pick up some automotive style fog lights from Autozone or somewhere. Just make sure you pick up the 35 watt ones instead of the 55 watt ones because your charging system can't handle it. Or you can upgrade the stator and use the 55 watt.

how am i gonna mount them will it be on the plastic or on the handle bars and will the likw jus set up as easy as the factory just plug it in

It requires a little fabrication. I used the bracket that came with the lights. Then I just put spade connectors on the ends of the wires so that they plugged into the factory harness. Mine is just as bright as stock except I only have low beam.

go to walmart, they have light sets 14.96 , they can mount down around the top of your shock, they sit back so nothing can hit them, and they just peek out from under plastic, they are bright too, saw a guy at the pits who had it rigged so he could take em off real fast with wing nut

I tried the fog lights, and they sucked. They weren't bright at all.

Lazer Star makes great lights, but they are REALLY expensive.

I got my lights from Trial Tech, and I'm really happy with them. Although they are more expensive than the Wal-Mart fog lights.
