Any of those brands will work, its getting the right bend for you that you need to consider.

I'm 5"11 and my renthal bars are for a 400ex and I love them...that is when my stearing stem is straight. They are very strong, and they feel great. They are also a pretty tall bar.....

Renthal CR high bend! I usd to have a stock typebend and hated them. The lower profile of the bars looks alot better and you seam to have more controol

Has anyone used ProTaper bars on here before??
what bend is the stock 400EX bars considered(high bend, low bend, race, etc.?? Just wondering because i want something with a lower profile than stock but not straight across!!
WHat do you guys think?!?
go for the renthal atv bend, they'll work the best for you with the stock stem

my renthals are 400ex bend. Perfect for me and I am 5'11" also.
this was my first setup, Burgard +1 antivibe stem with Renthal 400ex bend

and this is my setup now Lonestar +1 antivibe stem with Tag T2 bars, I like this setup a lot more, plus I got a good deal on it $375 new with the handlebars, this is definetly lower but it feels better when cornering

with a stock stem I'd recommend the renthal 400ex bend, they work great and is what I'm running on my other 2 400exs
