all i need to know is will 400ex tie-rods fit on 250r a-arms?

Yes they are the same, but the 250r ones will last long. The R ones are made better and the R tierods are bigger in diameter. The EX ones are very cheap, so they don't last as long.

ok thanks i was wondering why the r tierods are 34$ and the 400ex ones are only 5$$ from service honda:cool:
