jetting for sparks exhaust on 300ex

i have a k&n air filter with no lid and soon a sparks exhuast rite now my jetting is 135 is that a good size with the pipe and the filter

what is the stock jet? also, what does sparks recommend? on my 400ex i found it best to run one size bigger than he said. i wonder if this just has something to do with him testing it in warmer weather than i ride in thus needing a smaller jet.
