a few pics of my cannondale...

i've been meaning to order a quadtech seat cover and a red houser swingarm but money keeps coming up short...:(

Not the baddest quad but i think it's pretty sweet...especially for being 15 with 2 quads and helping my dad with payments on our trailer.

I'm 14 and have 2 quads, 400ex is all ready for mx and the YFZ is in the process of being set up. It's hard finding money at 14 years old.. but I somehow manage to do it. :macho

yea...i manage it...I mow ALOT of yards in the spring summer and rake in the fall....shovel in the winter....brings in ALOT more money than people think. I am trying to get a job on saturdays at my local dealer(just cleaning up and stuff)

There is still MUCH more to come on this thing after my rebuild is over with the 250x

Yeah, the dreaded rebuild season, lol. I've been working for my aunt and uncle a lot lately, my uncle had open heart surgery recently so there's a lot that has been needed to do over there and they know how I am with quads, so they've been paying me really good. My other uncle is talking about building me a practice track. :eek:

thats cool...i just tore the engine out of my 250x and sent it to Curtis Sparks. I had them do EVERYTHING possible and still keep it legal for the youth production class. I use to have a 318 stroker but it was illigal for the class.

I'll try to find some good pics of it before i tore it down.

after winter it'll have:
400ex front end
----Wicked racing +2+1 a-arms
----Works tripple rate shocks
400ex works rear shock
Powdercoated a-arms, swingarm, frame
Gussett's in frame
Maier fenders...white/blue
Ceet Gripper seat cover
AC propegs with heel guards
Curtis Sparks engine(which is done)
All new bearings and bushings everywhere
Real # plates instead of cardboard..lol
IMS gas tank(cracked stocker)
more????

should look pretty Bad when im done

whats up guys i am 14 and just gettin started setting up my 400 for xc racing. You motocrossers are lucky becasue of the 14/15 class. So i am just racing local harescramble series. Hey roostindale lets hook up and go to the badlands or Hapsin some day. After my winter rebuild i will get picks up. Its not goin to be anything real special because in one year this one is out and hello to the 450r and the gncc circut.

I go all the time.(badlands) I might even go a couple more this year....we can try to set a day sometime next year to go.

Its nice to here a kid working and excepting responsibilty instead of wanting their prts to buy everything for them. Your a good kid. I hope mine turns out like you. P.S. I bet you take better care of it since you are paying for it.

when your a kid and buy something yourself you take MUCH better care of it. My dad bought me my first lawnmower when i was 11 and got me 6 yards to mow. Now i can hardly count how many i have:mad:lol...takes alot of time between basketball and racing. It has tought me much responsability though.

I think i've seen you at casey before.....Im down there alot racing MX on my 250x....

When i was younger my dad really let me know what was going on...he never let me take shortcuts in working or anything, he made me do it right.

Just dont let your kid take shortcuts in school or work...teach him responsability at a young age and he will grow to it.
