Tear it down and grease every pivot point. And if you've never done this yet, have fun getting the swingarm bolt out:devil:

why dose every one have proublum with your swingarm bolts? mine was no harder then takin a tire lug off. Maybe you need to try a little biger ratchet. I'd say the one i used is about 10in long not verry big :huh

it`s not the nut people have problems with it`s the bolt it self.
The nut is easy to take out but the nut can rust in the swingarm and the only way to take it out is to hit it very hard with a sledge hammer. If you put some grease on it it won`t rust.

I have seen it so bad that the guy had to cut out the swingarm ( the little spacers or wath ever there called ).

So don`t feel to strong even if you can take the nut out.

this only seems to be more of a problem with the 400ex's . I was worried about it when i had to change the swingarm bearings in my 95 300ex the first time but the pivot bolt came right out no prob

i guess you could put a zert on here, i would help you, you could grease it without taking verything off, i have one on the pivot bolt, and grease it after each ride and it always need it so i dont see myself taking apart the rear end to grease a bolt..

also you could put zert on your tab where i snap on the frame..
