View Full Version : ripped nerf bar nets, How to fix?

Riding through a trail today and the net was cought on a tree stump and ripped the threading that holds two of the strips together. Its way to tough to just sew it, how can I fix it?

my nerfs are only about a month old though :(

Drill a hole in both of them and put a small bolt or rivit threw them.

get a nice sewing machine and sew it.. make a box with an x through it. |X| .. Thats the only thing i learned from home ecs class in the middle school

it will bend or break the needle after a few passes, i think im gonna try a nut and bolt with some washers

I brought my to this chinease shoelace shop in my mall, he did the pattern in originally had, and has held better than the original

we've used a grommet machine, like for tarps. but a grommet right at the intersection.
