I was just wondering if there were any cheap tricks I could do to gain a little more travel out of the front (and rear?) of my 02 300ex. Cheap tricks as in not buying new a-arms, maybe something involving a torch, welder, and maybe some steel. Thanks

Yea, I was thinking something along the lines of modifying the a-arms, remounting shocks, etc etc.

Try 400ex shocks with a relocator on the top. If you have a torch and metal you can make this your self. It is the same thing as a lowering kit basically.

Yea, I should be able to make it. Anyone care to share some measurements?

I am ot sure on the exact measurements. It is some where close to a 2 1/2 inch drop in order to get a stock ride height out of the 400ex shocks on a 300ex.

put ya a 400ex or 250r frontend on it and then put a 350x swingarm and axle on it
