I am looking for a way to help keep the mud out of my radiator when racing. I tried the duct tape trick but it didn't work. Anyone have any other ideas?

Thanx

Thin wire mesh sprayed with wd-40 works on my dirtbikes. The wd-40 makes the mud not stick. Or maby you can try to just spray the radiator fins. Just an Idea.

Run your bullet proof 400ex in muddy conditions,,they don't overheat like all the other POS models out there that are liquid cooled..:o

I've got an idea, don't laugh....

Put pantyhose over the front of the radiator, the mud won't stick to it if it has some air behind it but it will let air through.

Summers Racing Components sells fender skins and that is exactly what they do but air doesn't go through them.

Just a thought, let me know if you try it.
