Okay my sons 300ex blew the axle and bearing carrier right out of the swing arm on the track sunday. I am gonna have to get a new one, should I stretch him out and inch or two, if i do what does that do to the shock. It has a raptor shock with 400ex spring on it now. Its for MX only. Need some advice.

thanks

if you go plus one in the back its just gonna make it harder to wheelie... but i would just keep the stock size thats what i run...i like it better then plus 1 if you go plus 1 or 2 the shock should stil be fine..on my friends it was so good luck...i also race mx..:D

thanks, but his axle LSR is good, the whole axle and bearing carrier just came right out of the swing arm, housing just split open like a clam, and not even where the bolts are to tighten it down. I have a pic but don't no how to post it on here uuug

to answer your question, ading length to the rear swinger will softer the rear shock. since you have te rappy shock, just adjust the comp. a little stiffer should be all you need to do.
