my dad might buy a 1991 blaster with no motor for cheap off a dealer and wants to know if anyone on here knows the best motor to put in it besides the stock one, like he wants the motor to be pretty easy to put in, has anyone got any input??

cr80 engine fits in there u can legally race the 80cc class with a cr 80 motor and a blaster frame!

i herd the best is an xr200 motor -shrugs- bolts right up just need to bend the pipe too fit i think.

i think a cr80 engine would be perfect for it...as a matter of fact i think u should buy my cr80 engine...:D

i got a whole 1985 kawasaki KX80 for sale...motor rebuilt top and bottom powerful little sucker...i only want 600 for the whole thing. i wish someone would buy it :(

If i had the chance I'd but one of the 250f motors from a dirtbike.....a cr250 would rip just make sure you gusset the H@!! outta the frame, i dunno if i'd trust it with that much power w/o gusseting it alot

www.macdizzy.com They put a motorcycle engine called a dt200 I believe, not too sure. But it pretty much EXACTLY the same as a blaster engine but it has liquid cooling.

OH YEAH!!!! My brothers both have 250F's & my husband is just waiting for one of them to sell or wreck it:eek2: so we can put the motor in the blaster frame LOL I doubt that'll happen though.

Our blaster used to have a KTM540 motor in it:eek2: :eek: :eek: :rolleyes: !!!!!!!! The guy we bought it from did it, he trashed the thing but we brought it back to life w/ the 200cc motor:cool:
