Chassis Setup For BOTH MX & XC

I know in XCers mainly run +1 A-arms and 4-1 wheels in the front.

What do GNCCers run in the rear? (Extended Swingarms, shocks, axle etc...)???

I'm trying to plan a setup for the 450R and trying to set it up for both MX and XC with not too much change over. What I came up with so far is running +2 A-arms and 3-2 wheels for MX and 4-1 wheels for XC with a adjustable axle. What your opinions on this?

2+ a arms will be a lil wide for trails go 1+ no extended axel and works pro serise shocks stay with your swing arm

I would ask rico because he would know best, since he raced both xc and mx for a while :D

Does anyone have the specs for the 450r? The set up that works for the 400ex may not work for the 450r.

EDIT-- Specs---not just the measurments but how the components work together.
