Well cheif Logan park will not let me reserve the sites until 2004. This year I called like January 5th and reserved the sites for all 3 rides. normally the dates are last weekends of April, July, and Sept.

My wedding is April 17th and i'll be gone pretty much the rest of the month on a honeymoon. We can make the date the last weekend of april as before. I won't be there but what the he11 do you all care..:o

I'll sit down with the boss tonight a see what we can come up with. Consider the last weekend of July (no GNCC's) and Sept. set dates. The spring ride is up in the air for me.

Rico - could you make it if it was April 3/4? That's two weekends before the day you get hitched? Or do you think the boss won't go for that? If we did that - maybe we could also have one at the end of may, split the difference between the april ride and the July ride. Just a thought...

i think if rico goes riding any time before the wedding, he needs to plan on going real early in the year so any potential broken bones have time to heal.

i think frannie would kick all our ***' if her poor rico walked down the aisle with his matching crutches

You musta read my mind Bradley, i was getting ready to post that my quad keys will probably be taken away a good 30 days before the wedding. :( I say the date stays the same and you just won't see me on this trip.:)

Anyone have some interest in renting those three condos that trailhouse person has for rent. I thought she said she could accomodate like 30 people. Just a thought since it seems to always rain and some of us aren't lucky enough to have a camper.

It would be nice to be able to ride without having to trailer our quads, but man if it rains you know how trashed those things will be by the time we get done?? and before you even say it Rico, I'll be sleeping outside :o

Also need to make sure that we can have a fire and that they don't have any neighbors close enough to mind the sound of a built race quad being fired up at 2a...

We'll still trailer our quads to bear wallow at least. Rockhouse is half trails half lake, i won't be able to ride it and it alone the entire trip..:cool:

And yes I hope trialhouse owner has kept on the all the hatfield threads, this way they will know what to expect.:devil: Maybe group discount or something too. I"m eager to here what they have to offer...:D

I'm in where ever the accomodations end up being. Well, as long as remlapr's gets cured at the sleep clinic before the trip... Was is the quad being fired up at 2am or remlapr snoring that woke up the WHOLE campground??? j/k rem. :devil:

LMAO!!! Rem buddy, you ain't never gonna hear the end of this issue!!!! I'm game for anywhere the crowd wants to stay. Chief Logan was awful nice but then again we had a pop-up. If its any concern for anyone there is a place in St. Albans (10 miles west of Charleston) that rents campers. I think for like a 19 footer its around $100.00 to $125.00 per night. The 19 footer is set-up to sleep 4 to 6 people. If anyone is interested let me know and I'll get the number for ya.

Haven't heard a thing.

I've asked if 30 people can show up and I always get the reply on how many people the house can hold. Thats all fine an dandy how many people will your land hold if people bring tents, trailers, etc. same reply everytime, our house only holds 15 people or whatever the number is. For some reason there is no answer on how many people can stay at the trail house location whether it's inside, in a tent, in a cave, etc, etc,etc. :huh :confused:

I"ll look into it a little more next week. Covered shelter doesn't sound too bad to me at all. It will rain no matter what..:mad:

I think I am going to both rides. Correct me if I'm wrong but Exriders is the first weekend in April and CDaleriders is at Jaybr's farm the first weekend in May???
