this dude told me that i was buying a 39mm FCR carb for a 400ex!!!!!but...he never told me it came off of a 250R...the carb is too tall...throttle cable is totally different...and its not long enough to reach my intake to my airbox!!what do i do!?!?sell it and get one for a 400ex!?!?!?!?!

They don't make FCR carbs for 250R's. They make Keihin 38, and Keihin 38 A/S.

well then why does it look just like the one on my R!?!?!?!and the one on my R is a 38mm....the throttle cable and all is the EXACT same...

AND why was there some oil in the carb!?

Im saying, it may be a carb for an R, but it is NOT an FCR 38mm.

Like I said, they make 38mm, and 38mm A/S for R's but there is no FCR 38mm designed for R's, or ANY other two stroke for that matter.

This is an FCR carb, if Your carb does not look like this, then it is NOT an Fcr.
