What is yours? I just saw The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and thought it wasn't that scary. But it was still good. The scariest movie I have seen would be Alien,(when the baby alien rips through the guys chest) I saw when I was 9, couldn't sleep for a week!:eek2:

I don't think any movies "Scare" me.. but the freakiest movie would deffinately have to be the Exorcist. The ring was pretty good too, but it will never beat the Exorcist.

I watched the Exorcist on Friday, I thought it kinda sucked. However, I couldnt really get into the show so of course it sucked for me. There were some f'd up parts though...The Ring isn't scare but is a damn good movie.

I know it was pretty much turned into a mockery of itself, but the first time I saw The Blair Witch Project it was the chit. The Ring was also good. For old school you can't beat The Omen....

I'd say...The Ring probably. The Blair Witch Project scared the crap outa me when I watched it when it came out (I was about 10 or so) Uh...when I was younger (like 4)...I was scared to death of The Basketcase, and The It (Dad had a hand puppet that looked like the basketcase and he would set it on a table in the room I was in, and I'd look over, scream, and run away crying. Also, me and my brother broke 2 t.v's I think, because he wanted to watch The It, and I didn't, and we kept turnin the t.v on and off) Also a freaky movie, Hannible The Cannible (sp), not so much horror...but just the fact that theres a dude like that out in the world:huh

i dunno but texas chainsaw massacre is a ****ed up movie. Some of the stuff in that movie really freaks you out and it just makes you cringe. Pry the only movie that ever got to me or freaked me out.

The ring was cool as **** but it wasn't scarey.

"The Shining" (origional 1980 version)
And then I can't think of the name of my other fav. From the last year or two, it is starring Nicole Kidman, and she has those kids that she won't let see daylight.:( It is on the tip of my tounge, but I just can't think of the name of it. Someone else has got to have seen it!

The exorcist

ONLY BECAUSE IT WAS BASED ON A TRUE STORY

Only the person that was controlled by the devil was a MAN.

He didnt turn his head

The stuff that wrote on his stomach was real not in the movie but in real life
.......

Also a lot of this **** happens in africa

lots of cases of this ****

I better stop or i wont be able to sleep i did a lot of research on the exorcist and exorcism (sp)

It's really not that scary of a movie, maybe just the fact that I live on a farm and know how spooky it is walking through a cornfield late at night to find the tractor parked at the other end. There's all sorts of crazy noises that can freak you out when your imagination gets the best of you.

Probably because I wasn't expecting it to be scary, I didn't know what I was watching.

LOL, I hear ya! Go watch a scary movie, then have to head out in the woods or fields to do something, especially at night. Usually I just dont worry about it, but then a covey of quails or something flys up and scares the be-jeepers out of me.
There are some freaky movies out there, one that rattled me was house on haunted hill. The one where they all had to stay in the old insane asylum over night.

The Exorcist.
Alien
The RIng
I also liked The THing, the one that was done in the early 80's. WHen they were doing the blood test and those guys were tied to the chairs and the one guy was getting his head chewed up by an alien bursting out of his freinds body, gory!

The Ring was pretty freaky, you ever turn the TV of at night in a dark room. Walk out of the room but remmeber something you need in there. So you turn to go back in and the TV still has a glow to it? Spoooky:eek2:

The one with Katherine Zeta Jones or the other one where they had to spend the night to get money or something? The one with Zeta Jones was decent, but the other one SUCKED. They were both out around the same time and had similar names.

I kinda like the "house on haunted hill". The new one (I haven't seen the old one yet). Most horror movies now suck because they shock you, they don't seriously creep you out. It doesn't take a lot of talent for that.
Recipe:
Take 1 scene with somebody alone, peferrably scared
Add a slow buildup with them searching around frightened
Throw in a dash of near misses, where they open a door or curtan to find nothing
Then have the killer flash on screen as the music simultaneously shreaks to make audience jump and kill the actor in a gory scene.

Put all ingredients in a bowl and cook till nice and corny!

A movie that seriously got me to not laugh when something ****ed up happens was THE DENTIST.

i just saw texas chainsaw masacre and we were laughing on how predictable it was. once again this is how it goes.

Lets split up to look for the sherif~
One person disapears one goes back~
Now they split up again and go back where the person disapeared~
Now they get chased by a guy with a chainsaw
one guy gets killed~

. But the part i thought was cool is at the end when they do the walkthrough and:blah:

Stray Dogs- its like an old enland movie or something, its pretty scary cuz its so real like.

American Gothic- i saw it when i was like 7. i seriously couldnt sleep for a month, i still think about it. its scary cuz the girl is left alone at the end.

If you want to see a B horror movie that's more of a comedy check out Evil Dead 2 and then Army of Darkness. They are f-in hilarious and bruce campbell is great. There is also Evil Dead 1 but Evil Dead 2 is just a remake of the first one with a larger budget.

Yeah, that is my one of my favorite spoof/comedy movies for sure.

One of my favorites is Night of the Living Dead (the one in color, not the original) for some reason I just think that movie kicks *** :)
