replacing bearings

so im replacing the rear bearings and the all the o-rings are broke. what if i dont replace them? this is om a 99 300ex

I'm assuming you mean the carrier/axle bearings?

If so, are these the o-rings on the outside of the carrier near the edges? I belive most aftermarket carriers do not use these o-rings.

yes and i have the stock carrier.

I'd say you'll be fine but you may want to maintain it a bit more often. Remove the carrier and clean out all the crud that may get in between the swingarm and carrier.
