I know a kid who over the summer only lifted and drank protein shakes and ate creatine. He weighs about 180, is 15 and benches like 265. According to our football coach none of those supplements are healthy because they put alot of extra stress on your kidneys. He recommended taking multivitamins daily.

Your coach sounds like one of the few honest ones. There's a misconception that because GNC sells the stuff that it must be safe but that's totally untrue. Excessive amounts of protein is extremely hard on your kidneys and once you damage them there's no growing back. Your best (safest) bet is to simply work hard and eat healthy.

Unfortunately no. While it is possible to make good gains in your overall strength, the majority of people will not see any major results until after puberty has ended, typically in your early twenties.

Lifting weights is, IMO, the single best physical conditioning you can do. Dont' overdue it, it will not benefit you in the least to try the macho approach and do things beyond your abilities. In fact, over stressing your body while still going through puberty can have adverse affects on your overall development. Throwing supplements into the mix (creatine, HMB, andro etc) while your body is going through a multitude of changes is BAD. Physical development is not something that you can change overnight, so accept that right now and learn that you must have patience.

To answer your question direct, the safest thing you can do and show good results is maintaining a strict diet. I didn't find out the benefits of a proper diet until my mid twenties. I wish I would have know this while on the high school wrestling team. Our idea of "diet" then simply meant don't eat. I now know that eating 4-5 portions of protein, 4-5 portions of carbs (yes I said carbs), and 2-3 portions of veggies spread out over 4-5 meals a day will GREATLY inhance the work you do in the gym.

That is probably the safest way to do it. I've been doing this on and off since I was 11.

In regards to supplements you can take while working out you might wanna consult someone in your area who is knowlegeable in that area. You being so young, im not sure somplements would be a good idea.
Diet is very important when you workout. Make sure after you workout to eat within 2 hours of your workout, this will replenish nutrients that were used up while working out. Also your gonna notice your body will require more food when your training hard, this is natural. I used to eat like 5-6 times daily, but instead of large portions at once, i broke my meals up into smaller portions to make it more of a constant fuel source for the day.
Now in regards to working out, make sure you work muscle groups that complement each other and always workout the bigger muscles than move to the smaller ones. This means if you work out your chest, than you should workout triceps as well. And if you workout your shoulders than back and biceps should be done in the same workout. Make sure to work your legs as this is an area that is often neglected. Other people have different opinions on workout routines, this was the method that i found yielded the best results for me.

About the size of your fist or opened hand.
Example: Carb = bowl of pasta the size of your fist.
Protein = chicken breast the size of your hand.

Once you start eating with this mindset, you'll discover that it's pretty easy to eat the correct way.

In grade school I was the fat kid now i'm 18 and am the biggest/ripped kid at my school. Go the www.bodybuilding.com, ripped fuel has ephedra I take it but I guess it's dangerous. It's related to cocain:devil: . Creatine works but you have to load for a month and most if not all weight you gain is water, thats why when you go off it you shrink. PM me if you want some info, I have been lifting for 4 years and I know all the personal trainers and have tried every supplement. Remember to run on you off days, otherwise your heart will be over strained B/C it is still small and you have to pump more blood to your muscles. Sorry I can talk about this stuff all day:D
