I have a 2001 Yamaha YZ 125. I was wondering if a YZ 250F engine would fit in my frame. And will my frame hold up with the 250F engine?

Nah, the 250F engine is too tall. It won't clear the main "backbone" tube.

They put YZ250F engines in thier custom CR80 almuinum frames. These frames have two "backbone" rails (like all aluminum framed Hondas), so there is room to fit everything in there between the frame rails. On the Yamaha, it is one single tube going over the engine, so you are limited to the height of that.
