It is hard to explain. I wire stuff all day at work so let me try to exlain it. take the wire and wrap it around the grip and put the end together. it will look like a tear drop. Take a pair of pliers and grab on a couple inches from the grip and twist until it is tight. a trick to get it real tight is to loop it as you twist. This will make it just twist at the bottum next to the grip. Once you get it tight cut the twisted part of the wire and bend the end into the grip so it won't stab you when you hang onto it.

So if it sounds confusing but If I was there I could do it so fast that if you blink you could miss it. As I said, I do it at my Job all day. It is easier to show than tell on that thing. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions:D

just get some thin wire, some dykes and twist a few turns, making sure it's tight, but not so tight that you cut the grip in half. Cut the ends short, like 1/8 inch or so, and the pound in the ends into the grip so they don't poke ya when you're riding.

You don't need that fancy $40 tie-wire gizmo Motion Pro sells.

well i put about 8 pieces of wire on each grip and i dont think they are moving,.. heres how i did it: i cut off about a 8inch long piece and wrap it daround twice while pulling hard as it went around, then i just twisted it by hand and cut off everything that was left.
