Has anyone heard of this from wiseco or do they start there's at .040 over????

I think the .040 is the first overbore that can be done..

Rico, did you harden your rockers when you got the 416 kit??

hey Giz, there is no need to harden rockers with a new piston. Rockers and springs should be stronger if you go with a high-performance cam that is NOT a drop-in. As for the .020 pistons, i dont think they make them. Plus it would only give you like 3cc. I would either do a .040 bore which is a 406cc or not bore it at all and just get a higher compression 10.8:1 JE stock bore piston. If you do that, an xr400 cam would work great and that is a drop-in cam so no other mods are required.

Rico did not Harden his Rockers. With the XR400 Cam you don`t need to. It is a Drop-In. There is a little bit Wilder Cams that are still Drop-Ins. GT Thunder, TC Racing, Sparks Racing, HRC, and I`m sure there is more that have Drop-In Cams. I would just get a JE 416 Piston from Marcum`s.
