I am selling my 1999 400 motor out of my prp...This bike was built for a sponsored rider so no corners were cut on the motor work...The only reason I am selling is because of sponsorship reasons with exodus, they want me running their 440 next year at nationals:

mods:
1999 400 motor
re-nikasiled by Exodus
New crank and bottom end seals
new boyesen water pump impeller(lower temp)..impeller shaft,
new water pump seals,
custom Exodus high compression JE piston
5 angle valve job
head work and porting
carb and electrics included
all new clutch clutch components
powdercoated side cases any color of your choice
motor also comes with 400ex oil tank
comes with tc head pipe too!!!

All motor work was done by Exodus, feel free to call them and verify...Tell them you were sent by Neil Opalinski
i have about 6 races on all of these "new components", motor is fresh, never saw a mud race!:)

$1700 obo

pics can be sent by request and an email address

Does it come with with motor mounts to mount up to a 400ex, if not where do you get them and what else would be needed.

Thanks,
Kevin

no i dont have the motor mounts, it was in a frame made for the motor...the conversion you are tlaking about is easy, but u will need to get the motor mounts, maybe off of ebay or from your local honda dealer...Let me know man, i need to sell, so i have the money for my other motor..i think jb racing does all the conversions on 400ex frames, but with the yami motor it should be easy

thanks

can you just buy the motor mounts from jb and weld them in yourself, or do you have to send the frame in?
