Does anyone produce 400ex frame gusseting kits?

i dont know of anyone that makes an actual kit. there was a guy that was making them for the z400...but not sure who he is. rowlrag made all the ones for rico's frame. try c&d maybe they can do fabrication...if not call jeff

ATV Four Play has a kit that tig welds (4) gussets in the front. Cuts the flat stock out of the handle bars/ gas tank area and replaces ir with tubes. Also, straps the lower part of the foot pegs area. Thats about all you need.
Unless you want the battery relocation kit. Which takes the battery up front and all the electrical wire up front and off the weak sub frame. Not sure if its possible to send you a kit. It's probably best to have it done. depending on where in P.A your at.
