My buddy has a 440 kit in his ride and the head gasket is leaking pretty severely. He recently purchased the machine and just found out the guy before him had all kinds of head mods. on the machine that he removed when selling. My guess is the seller popped the head off to remove the cam and didn't replace the head gasket.
Being from Canada and all, it is impossible to find a 440 head gasket. I have two questions; Is it really necessary to use a 440 head gasket (i.e will a stock one work?). Where do you get one from? He's being trying tons of places in Canada and places in the States, someone please help!
