I have a friend from Chicago and she talks just fine but I catch her pronouncing words different than I do. And I always wondered if people from the south thought that (northerners)(Utah) had accents.

Wait till Rico gets drunk. The only person that seems to understand him is the Urban Legand. When he talks to me when he is drunk, I just nod my head and say ok!

i was once told that i have a south jersey accent.
i guess that means i sound like a redneck, since that's what most of south jersey consists of.i may or may not, i personally think i have escaped the dreaded "joyzey" accent. i definitely dont pronounce the word coffee like it is spelled cawfee , lol.....

For the people who have talked to me on the phone or heard me over the mic.. Im known to say "Ya'll" and "fixin to" quite often..... I have a little bit of an accent
I"ve never understood the Eh that canadians use:confused: My brother in law is from canada and the Eh behind everything is weird. Why not use B, or T or some other letter of the alphabet behind each sentance:confused: LMAO
And yes chicks dig the kuntry accent. :D I"ve traveled a whole lot and as soon as I open my mouth and let out a few words I get peoples attention pretty quick. Especially at the bars...

Right, ah reckon thet I've been exposed t'too much of yer accent on account o' ah's startin' t'talk like yo'. But back on th' subjeck of accents an' stuff. ah do a lot of phone suppo't fo' varmints all on over, an' it seems like Mississippi an' Alabama an' Louisiana an' thet area is th' hardess to unnerstan'. Especially on over th' phone. Texas typically ain't too bad, cuss it all t' tarnation. They pow'ful doesn't seem t'have a heavy accent, jest sartin phrases an' sartin wo'ds. ah have one quesshun fo' yo' guys fum Pennsylvania too. ah was down thar last year an' when ah hopped on th' shettle fum th' airpo't ah c'd haf swo'n ah lan'ed in Kentucky. Th' varmints talkin' seemed t'be locals? A lot of varmints up hyar in VT haf accents too...ah call them redneck accents...They is surely diffrunt.
