I dont know about where you live but around here it is a big deal, the town i live in is all about the highschool football.

we won our conference title for the 3rd year in a row and are now going into the section finals of the playoffs, the winning teams get to go and play in the metrodome in minneapolis for the state semi finals and then the Prep bowl. Our school won the prep bowl in 2000 with an undefeted record and lost the prep bowl last year by 1 point in the last 3 seconds with a 48 yard field goal.

are any of your schools big into this or not??

You should see Ohio hi school football. There are a bunch of schools that are usually really good year after year. Massilon, Canton McKinley, St. Ignatious, Cinncinati Moeller and more.

I got the chance to have a game at Massilon when i was a junior (even though i didnt get to play). There 50/50 drawing was $10,000. The Stadium is bigger than a lot of college stadiums.

I went to Mansfield Madison we had pretty strong teams ffrom about 1990 to 97. But they havent had any decent teams since my class graduated in 1998.

our school is big on lacrosse. we have been ranked #1 in the country in previous seasons.

our school is all about football too. The whole town, is about the high school football. Every game, all the rednecks in town load up in the back of all the big trucks with ''DRAGONS'' (team name) painted on their chest and carry Collierville flags and Confederate flags and go driving to the game yellin and stuff lol. Its called the caravan

Our football team is horrible. I guess our boys' soccer team is good, but who cares about soccer :confused:

yeah our school is having a playoff game tonight. i dont really watch the game... just hang around.

My school never won a single football game for the entire year I graduated.

we probably will, i think we've only lost like 2 games this season, and we have one more game left this friday, then playoffs
