Would like to race this weekend 11/02 and found two within a couple of hours from home. One is at Freestyle Country Club in Romney W.V. and the other is at Foot of Mountain in Neelyton Pa.. Has anyone raced or rode either place? Decisions..... decisions........! Thanks

thanks guys!
exkid, yesterday's foot of mtn was district 6. this weeks is district 7. (I think) I will call them to make sure since I see that freestyle is cancelled.
ylw400, how did you do at Seaford yesterday? I couldn't make it...the freekin weather was perfect for it!!! but I had to get the homestead ready for winter! Are you going to Tomahawk? We did the H.S. there a few weeks ago which was quite challenging. The MX track looks awesome, we only used a very little section of it.

i raced at foot of the mountain a couple times last year. pretty rough course. lots of rocks, mud, and water. i heard a rumor that a lot of the course has changed but i don't know for sure. on the d-7 schedule it says 11/02 is a points race so i'll probably be there.

cletusEX I thought that Budds Creek on 10/12 was the last points race. Have they updated the schedule? If so, where can I find it?

yeah budds was the last points race for last year. my buddy brian(the guy with the bad knee at the tomahawk HS)has one of the d-7 schedules for everything (bikes, quads, hs, mx enduro) and it shows foot of the mountain as a quad HS points race for the 2003-2004 season. my brother is trying to get hold of the d- 7 rep to find out what the deal is.

hey guys!! we raced Foot a few weeks ago and again yesterday. a few weeks ago it was awsome about 4miles. yesterday was OK, it was more like 6 miles. the extra mile they added was a hill climb that was kinda rocky. I was leading the overall and blew a Razr2 on the 2nd lap on that new hill. The track IS rough and not for the faint of heart... i went with out spares!!! dumby me...

later, J

the race this weekend at Rausch is a D6 points race.
should be awsome. Rausch Creek MX park
