View Full Version : cant decide on how to cut fenders

im cutting my fenders on my 400ex and i cant decide wheather to cut them just straight from the nose peice or cut it from the crease so it would leave the "nibs". if you know what im talking about reply on how you would do it and a pic would be nice too. i have cut fenders before so i know what im doing..i just dont know which style. its on a yellow 400ex. when i mean the nibs i mean having the pointy edges in the front...thanks

i love the "nips"..i loved the way they look but iu hated ridin when it was wet cause u would sooo muddy but i love the way they look..

yeah the getting wet part is what I hate about it....I am thinking about getting some new front's so I don't get so wet in the spring.

well ya know what justin..id rather ride my quad sometimes in the snow then have it sit in the garage all taken apart with no money. id do a rebuild if i had the money to buy all the stuff your gonna buy but i dont so im just gonna ride it sometimes. alot of kids snow ride here and its cool to ride with people. THANKS

here is what I did to my rear tires for the winter. They did pretty good for the 1 ride I have had on them so far:p
