hook up is great on them, but they will wear down rather quickly

What kinda riding do you do? Trail rider, xc racer, mx racer, or play racer. By letting us know it would be better to help u make a decision. If you are a trail rider or xc racer you would want a good 6 ply tire. While not flat proof they will reduce the frequency of flats. If you are a mx racer of duner you might be able to get by with a 2 ply but I would recommed a 4 ply.

i do most of my riding in the woods on trails and i also have a track where i ride and i do lots of jsut playing around so what do you think for rear tires. I know that razr are good tires for the rear my freind has done so many burnouts on the road with his and they till have good tread. But i am kinda going toward ITP holeshot

If you are just planning on trail riding and play racing here are my opions.
1) Holeshots XCR or XC (xcr are 6 ply and xc are 4 or 6 ply)
2) Maxxis Razor 2 6 ply tire.

My holeshots I run:
Front=Dry 7psi
Wet 6 psi

Rear= Dry 7 psi
Wet 5 psi

If racing is rocky front 10 psi
rear 7 psi

for playin around, dont get the razr 2's. they have such an aggressive tread, that from what ive seen, makes um really hard to slide. They are a lot better for muddy terrain, but for just normal conditions, like play racing, etc. i would stik w/ the razr 1's or holeshots.

I race and I have 20" mx holeshots up front and am very impressed. I used to run maxxis mx razr up front and they just didn't fit my style. Just my .02:D

I have just the standard holeshot rear tires 20in. I have had them for over a year and they still have about 85% tread if not more left.
