Head Pipes

I just bought an Supertrapp IDS 2 slip on pipe for my 400ex and I want to put some aftermarket headers on, but will any 400ex aftermarket headers mount up to my Supertrapp slip on?

Well I know a few people have put different pipes on a powerbong,,I can't really see why it wouldn't.
