about a year ago i bought a 2003 yellow 300 ex. so back in june im riding up a hill and it flips back on me. destroys my left ankle and almost takes off my left ear (no helmet...stupidity) i swore id never ride again. i learned how to walk three weeks ago. today i got an itch to ride that mother and show it whos boss. i almost forgot what a rush it is to ride. anyways, as pointless as this thread is, i just wanted to get on the forum and meet some fellow honda riders.

You need to get some gear before you kill yourself. Functionality over fashion..

A brand called Ocelot sells package deals for very cheap. I think you can get pants, jersey, gloves, chest protector, helmet, goggles, and boots for under 200$. You can get thier products from Chaparral Motorsports at http://www.chaparralmotorsports.com, or by calling 1-800-841-2960.

sounds like a deal to me. a helmet and some good boots would have saved my from the first wreck, i sure wont step in the same pile of crap twice. thanks for the help again.

Dress for the wreck not the ride.
