i made one of these custom made headlight replace ments to replace the headlights on my 400ex. it is made out of 1/8" aluminum diamod plate. it bolts right inplace where your lights bolted to. so i decided that if anyoen would like some, that i could make them for you. it would cost $15 shipped. here are a couple pics of it on my quad..
