Steering Stabilizer

Hey guys,
I'm looking to buy a steering stabilizer for my 400ex and was wondering if you had any suggestions from personal experience. How and where do these install and how do they work? Thanks for any replies

I have one on every one of my quads. If I want to ride slow I don't even have to get off, I just lean over the handle bars and turn it down.
