Yoshimura RS3 vs. Big Gun

I have a stock 400ex right now and plan on getting either the Yoshimura RS3 full exhaust or the Big Gun full exhaust. I'm wondering which would be the best mid range pipe. I also plan on running it with a k&n filter with a jet kit. Any info would be great, especially where the cheapest place to get the pipe and whatnot.

as my signature sais, i have both a k&n jet and filter kit with the full race big gun system. the motor and internals are all stock, and it did a significant difrence. i ride in the dunes so i need my power down low, and in mid range. im really happy with this combo. another plus about the full system is the headder being ceramic coated.... definately keeps me and the bike cooler.i paid around 500 bucks for the full system.
