need to rig throttle on yz80

have a chance at a sweet deal on 98 yz 80 its hard to pass up my ten yr old is decent on a dirtbike but not on that caliber. any way to rig throttle where it will only give say half throttle till he get used to the hit?

id just leave it alone and let him know it has some power and to be easy on the throttle, let him get used to a powerband in a big field so if he wrecks it wont be too bad.

true if u do that u wont really let him gain anything from riding just tell him to go easy on the gas etc..............ride it with him the 1st few times to elt him see what it feels like too:)
