How hard is it to put the wiseco 440 kit in a 400ex is there alot of work to do it could I do it my self????

if your mechanically inclined and own a service manual it would be a breeze and how much work you have consists of whats inclueded in the kit cause i have no clue if your changing the rod then your looking at quite a bit of work or if it's just a piston and sleeve then there's nothing to it
