the sparks racing ignition key for the 400ex that advances your timing 6 degrees. did it make a big difference? what are the ups and downs?

i heard they arent very good with built motors. But i just heard that by word of mouth.:rolleyes:

do you think they would work with a stage 1 hot cam,k+n filter,fmf hi-flo header w/powercore 4 pipe?
