2003 400ex, completely aftermarket.
2003 Lonestar frame with 250r geometry (black)
Lonestar +2 swingarm (red)
Laegar +2 A-arms (red)
3 PEP ZPS shocks
Durablue +4 rear axle
CT custom aluminum airbox
twin-air filter
Keihn FCR 39mm carb
Sidewinder top of the line chain and sprockets
Rad double row bearing carrier
Rad lock nut, AC racing nerf bars
Renthal handlebars
Factory 909 clutch lever
steel braided brake lines
black Fullbore front and rear plastic
stock front and rear rims, with stock rear tires (60%)
and holeshot mx front tires (80%)

Engine is very fast, built by PGR racing, and includes a 495 stroker. This engine has a TC stroker crank, JE piston, aftermarket cam, the piston hole in the bottom end had to be machined to accommodate for the oversized piston, because of this the cylinder walls are very thick and reliable. This motor was professionally ported by PGR and is very fast. I also have a 440 motor built by PGR, would be willing to swap if needed. Asking 10,000, I will sell the 440 or the 495 motor, contact me for info.

I've seen this quad in action and been on the track with it. IT FLYS! Handles any jump out there with ease. One of the sickest EX's I have ever come by.

I'm interested in the 495 but I'd like to know a little more about it.Like what kind of gas does it run off of.who built it,what kind of cam,compression,port and polish,what kind of horsepower it has,just a little of everything.

I always ran the 495 on MR-2 race fuel, but you can run it with C-12 or any equal race fuel, as long as its over 100 octane, it will work just fine. PGR racing built the motor, you can go to the website at www.PGRracing.com im not sure what brand the cam is, but i know it is a low to mid-range cam, the motor isn't ported and polished, but if you are interested, i can have PGR port it for you, they do really good porting, i just never needed the extra power, and we never put the quad on a dyno, but we have a computer program that estimated it at about 67 horsepower. Lemme know if you are interested, in not sure on a price yet, but i'll look into that, thanks!
